VENDOR REGISTRATION - MATERIALS DEPARTMENT

This notice pertains to tenders and contracts that are issued and concluded by the QP Materials Department only. A different system operates for tenders and contracts issued by the QP Contracts Department.

If you are a vendor wishing to supply materials and equipment to Qatar Petroleum, you will be required to submit your company details in line with the Qatar Petroleum Materials e-registration process.

The details provided are monitored to ensure compliance to Qatar Petroleum requirements and suitability of the products being supplied are in accordance with the requirements of Qatar Petroleum.

Whilst registration does not guarantee business with Qatar Petroleum, it does ensure that your company profile is made available for any potential requirement within the commodity of your specialisation and provides you with the opportunity to receive Requests for Quotations directly from Qatar Petroleum Materials Department.

Some purchases of materials and equipment require an associated Tender Bond and/or a Performance Bond. The Bond must be worded exactly as indicated in the specimen forms available here for download.
