Qatar Petroleum’s General Terms & Conditions of Purchase (Schedule C) dated 15th April 2008 are applicable to all Qatar Petroleum purchases of materials and equipment.

If additional purchases of materials and equipment or their related services are required, then Appendix D for Services dated 15 April 2008 should also be used.

Tender Bond

For all purchases of materials and equipment that are stipulated to have a Tender Bond associated with the requirement during the tender process, the Tender Bond must be worded exactly as indicated in the specimen form available here for download.

Performance Bond

For all purchases of materials and equipment that are stipulated to have a Performance Bond associated with the requirement during the tender or commercial evaluation process the Performance Bond must be worded exactly as indicated in the specimen form available here for download.
